Spectacular two-tone tulip with an open shape. Under the sun they acquire another color, in fact under light they create a particular optical effect. A single stem is produced from each bulb, bearing a few large leaves and a single flower; the foliage of tulips is usually stiff and fleshy, slightly leathery. The flowers are large, cupped, with the center of the petals colored to create a very noticeable eye.

Care: It is enough to fertilize in early spring. If it lives in the open ground, water occasionally during the vegetative months, approximately from April to October. If planted in pots, water regularly from March to October. At the end of the vegetative cycle, eliminate the now dry aerial part and extract the bulb from the ground. Then place it in a dark and dry place, and then replant it for the following season.

Sowing: it is necessary to bury the tulip bulbs in the period between October and December: the bulbs do not fear the cold but it is necessary to bury them before any frosts occur so that the bulbs are strengthened becoming more resistant to low temperatures.
