The bait can be used on edible and non edible crops. The remarkable resistance to rain and mold, as well as the excellent attractiveness towards snails and slugs, allows a reliable and sustainable protection of ornamental plants, fruit and vegetables in the garden, in greenhouses, and on potatoes. The air maintains its attractive power towards the snails regardless of humidity. Once the bait is consumed, the snails cease to eat, then crawl into the ground or a secluded place.

Method of use: Distribute LUMACHICIDA FER among the crops at the beginning of the infestation or in the presence of the first symptoms. Apply in the early morning, late afternoon or early evening. LUMACHICIDA FER should be evenly distributed on the ground. In the event of a serious infestation, also treat the surrounding land where the snails potentially proliferate. Apply immediately after transplanting if snails are already present. In case of heavy infestations the baits may have been completely consumed the day after their use: in this case make a new distribution; this will also ensure control of the newly arrived snails. Ground surfaces with deep cracks must be leveled before treatment to avoid the disappearance of cracks in the cracks. A maximum of 4 treatments per culture / year are allowed.
